Conclusion of contract
The offer of goods is non-binding and applies only to a shipment within Germany. The customer submits a binding purchase offer with his order via email to mail@kinky-bea.de. A purchase contract is only concluded by a confirmation mail with request for payment.
Payment method
By bank transfer.
With the conclusion of a purchase contract, the bank details necessary for payment will be transmitted.
¹⁾ Prices
Due to the exemption according to § 19 Abs. 1 UStG no VAT is charged for the prices of the offered items.
Shipping
Per order, a flat rate shipping fee to be paid by the customer is incurred. This depends on the total weight of the order:
– up to 50g = 1,50
– up to 500g = 2,00
– about 500 g = 0,00
The shipment is made as an uninsured letter of Deutsche Post.
The risk by shipping is bears by the buyer. Insured shipping is possible at the request of the buyer. In this case, the buyer bears the additional costs incurred above the letter postage.
The delivery date is calculated from the receipt of payment of the invoice amount on my bank account + 2 days + the postal time to your delivery address.
